Meghan Walsh M.D., Mph, Facp

Meghan Walsh MD MPH FACP serves as a Professor and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School since July 2014. Concurrently, Meghan holds numerous leadership roles at Hennepin Healthcare, including Chief Academic and Research Officer, Designated Institutional Official, Associate Medical Director, Chief Academic Officer for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Graduate Medical Education (GME), and functions as a Physician specializing as a Cardiac Hospitalist since June 2005. Prior experience includes serving as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer from July 1992 to August 1994. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1997-2001), a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (1996-1997), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from Lawrence University (1988-1992).
