Previous roles include Project Manager at Hennessey Engineers, Inc., and positions at SmithGroup, Tetra Tech, HNTB, and Atwell-Hicks, contributing to significant projects such as M-1 Rail in Detroit and the Honolulu Rail Transit Project. Tiffany's military background includes serving as a Quartermaster and Chemical Repairer in the US Army, where responsibilities involved supervising maintenance and the design layout for combat support field hospitals. Educational credentials include a Master of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, along with an AutoCAD certificate.
