Manish Nayar

Manish Nayar has a diverse work experience in various industries. Manish founded OYA Ventures in 2009 and served as the Founder. Manish also held the position of Executive Chairman at OYA Solar Inc starting from 2009. In 2021, they joined Hennessy Capital LLC as a member of the Strategic Advisory Council. Manish Nayar served as a Board Member at STACK! from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2008. Manish also has experience as the CEO of Judricks Enterprises Ltd from 2001 to 2006.

Manish Nayar completed their education with a focus on business and engineering. In 1996, they started their academic journey at Western University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering Science (B.E.Sc) degree in Computer Engineering. Manish successfully completed this program in 2000. Following this, Manish enrolled at Western University once again in 2000, this time for a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Applied Mathematics. Manish finished this degree in 2001.

Later on, Manish decided to enhance their skills and knowledge in the business field. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Strategy. In 2009, they also briefly attended the London Business School, where they completed another MBA program, specializing in Finance.

Additionally, Manish obtained a certification as a Licensed Professional Engineer from the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) institution. However, specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
