Horst has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their position as a Mechanical Drafter at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG from 1991 to 1994. Horst then worked as a Project Engineer at Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at Baker Group - Automation Systems from 2006 to 2008. Horst then joined Haldex as a Senior Design Engineer from 2008 to 2009 before moving to Device Tech Inc as a Senior Design Engineer from 2009 to 2010. Horst then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Bourn & Koch, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Horst's most recent work experience includes roles at Hennig Inc. where they served as the Chief Product Development Engineer from 2013 to 2014, the Engineering Manager - Telescopic Steel Covers, Flexible Products, Product Development from 2014 to 2016, the Director of Research and Development from 2016 to 2019, and currently as the Director of Engineering, Research and Development since April 2019.
Horst Schedler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, completing their studies between 1996 and 2002.
