Currently serving as Senior Director of R&D at Optimove since March 2022, Mark leads efforts in Engagement Channels and Personalization. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of R&D at Optimove following the acquisition of Kumulos, a company co-founded by Mark, where Mark served as CEO and developed a multi-award-winning Web & Mobile User Engagement Platform. Mark's experience also includes key roles at Waracle as Chief Operating Officer, LogicNow as Director of Engineering, and HoundDog Technology as Software Engineering Manager. Mark began a career in technology after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computing from Abertay University, with early roles at organizations such as Agilent Technologies and the Scottish Crop Research Institute.
