Garry Marshall

Garry Marshall has had a diverse work experience. Garry started their career as a Paralegal/Accountant at Professional Settlement Services, LLC, where they worked in post closing of sub-prime mortgages. Garry then worked as a Photography Assistant at TSS Photography. Garry also served as an Adobe Education Leader at Adobe, where they advocated for instructional technology.

In the education field, Garry has held various positions at Henrico County Public Schools, including Instructional Technology Resource Teacher, Staff Development Planner, School Webmaster, and New Teacher Mentor Coordinator. Garry also served as an Administrative Aide at Henrico High School and Fairfield Middle School. Garry worked as an Assistant Principal at Alleghany County Public Schools.

Garry has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they conducted workshops on forensics and technology for grades 6-8 youth. Currently, Garry is serving as a School Principal at Henrico County Public Schools, where they oversee various departments and serves as the STEAM Administrator.

Garry Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Philosophy from St. Andrew's College, obtained from 1995 to 1999. Garry later pursued a Master's of Education in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they received an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tidewater Community College, which was obtained between 2018 and 2020. Garry also possesses additional certifications, including First Aid, CPR (Adult, Child, Infant), and AED from the Emergency Care and Safety Institute, acquired in March 2013, as well as a Postgraduate Professional License from the Commonwealth of Virginia, obtained in June 2011.
