Jason Ritter is the SVP of Member Experience at Henrico Federal Credit Union. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, including VP of Retail at Henrico FCU and Member Financial Center Manager at Truliant Federal Credit Union. Jason is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing, business development, and retail operations plans. Jason is a strong leader with a commitment to providing exceptional member service and ensuring financially sound growth for the credit union. In their previous role as Member Financial Center Manager, Jason was responsible for all Business Service, Business Partnership, and Indirect Dealer Relationships in the Metro Richmond area. Jason also served as a Volunteer Board Member of SCAN and Truliant PAC Member, and attended Chamber Meetings, Charity Fundraisers, and other Networking Events.
Jason Ritter has a BS in MGMT and HR from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jason is also a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) from NAFCU.
Jason Ritter reports to Chris Williams, President & CEO. They work with Russell Sumner - VP of Information Systems, Jennifer Yocke - VP of Administration.
