Samantha Radford

Samantha Radford, RACR, is an experienced recruitment and human resources professional currently serving as a Recruitment Coordinator at Henry Community Health since July 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Human Resources Specialist at The GEO Group, Inc., where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting, conducting new employee orientations, and organizing job fairs. Earlier experience includes positions at Navient, starting as an HR Receptionist and advancing to HR Coordinator, focusing on onboarding processes, benefits administration, and event organization. Samantha’s career began in customer service roles at Speedway LLC, Buffalo Wild Wings, and McDonald's Corporation. A graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor's Degree in HR and Organizational Communication, Samantha also holds an Academic Honors Diploma from New Castle High School.
