Stacy Thompson

Stacy Thompson, LCSW, CCM, CCTP, has extensive experience in outpatient mental health therapy and care coordination, currently serving as an LCSW Outpatient Mental Health Therapist and IP Care Coordinator at Henry Community Health since April 2015. Thompson previously worked as an Outpatient Therapist at Community Health Network and as a Home-based Therapist at Bethany Christian Services, engaging in intensive family support and intervention.
