Bart Rowland

Bart Rowland has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Bart began their career as a Territory Manager at Duro-Last Roofing, where they successfully turned around an underperforming regional territory. Bart then joined CETCO as the Central Region Manager, leading the development and execution of market expansion strategies and achieving significant sales revenue growth.

Rowland later took on the role of Country Manager for AMCOL & CETCO India, where they established and managed an India-based entity, overseeing all aspects of the business and leading a team of 40. Bart then moved on to become the Vice President of Environmental Products at CETCO, a construction technologies subsidiary of Minerals Technologies, Inc.

Rowland's next role was as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at RIGHT/POINTE, where they transformed the entrepreneurial pavement and highway product manufacturer into a customer and quality-focused business. Bart later became the VP & General Manager of the same company, managing full P&L responsibility for the Sales and Manufacturing organization and leading change efforts to improve profitability.

In 2020, Rowland joined Henry Company as the Director of Product Management, leading a team of 15 and orchestrating the transformation of Sales and Product Development operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management at Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies, where their role expanded to lead strategic planning and operational execution for the Product Management and Technical Services groups.

Throughout their career, Rowland has demonstrated strong leadership, entrepreneurial agility, and success in driving growth and profitability in various organizations.

Bart Rowland attended Wharton Executive Education in 2022, where they pursued a degree in Strategy Development. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology at the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. Bart also holds another BA in Sociology from The University of Georgia.
