Jim Kelly serves as the Economic Development Director for Henry County, Illinois, since July 2019, where the county is recognized for its agricultural production. Henry County, Illinois is located in Northwestern Illinois, just 16 miles from the Mississippi River dividing Illinois and Iowa.
