Jim Kelly

Jim Kelly serves as the Economic Development Director for Henry County, Illinois, since July 2019, where the county is recognized for its agricultural production. In addition, Jim has been involved with the First United Methodist Church as a Board Trustee and Security Council member since December 2018. Previously, Jim was the Executive Director of the Geneseo Chamber of Commerce for a brief period in 2019 and served as President of the Board of Directors for the Geneseo Community Chest from December 2013 to June 2018, which supports local charitable organizations. With over 21 years of experience in sales and management at Hibu from June 2004 to June 2018, Jim specialized in digital marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Jim's career began with 24 years of service in the US Navy, where roles included Zone Supervisor and Trainer in Navy Recruiting. Jim holds a degree in Business Management from Fort Hays State University.
