The Directors and Managers team at Henry County Medical Center is responsible for overseeing various critical functions within the organization. This group includes leaders who manage laboratory services, marketing & public relations, IT, home health & hospice, health information management, business development, plant operations, medical staff services, physician revenue cycle, infection control, and physician recruiting. Their collective efforts ensure the efficient operation, growth, and quality of patient care across the medical center's facilities and provider clinics.
