Lisa Bradley

Lisa Bradley, PhD, serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Henry Ford College and is the Owner and Executive Coach at Flange Coaching and Human Performance Solutions, LLC. With a robust background in leadership development, Lisa holds the position of Leadership Solutions Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership and has previously worked as Senior Director of Talent and Culture at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, Lisa has held roles as Vice President and Director of People & Culture at The Mars Agency. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University, Lisa also holds a Master of Arts in Human Development from the same institution, where studies began in 2015.
