Chris Drake is a distinguished academic and clinical professional with a robust background in medicine and psychology. Currently serving as a Professor of Medicine at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Chris also holds the position of Director of Research at Henry Ford Hospital and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Michigan Medical School. Since 2010, Chris has been a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at Wayne State University. Additionally, Chris is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Henry Ford Hospital Sleep Disorders and Research Center and a Principal Investigator at the National Institute of Mental Health since 2004. Chris's leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board for the National Sleep Foundation from 2004 to 2014. Chris's educational foundation includes a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Previous experience also includes serving on the Board of Directors for the US Navy as part of the Aircraft Carrier Flight Deck Crew.
