Ernest Cawvey

Ernest Cawvey has extensive experience in clinical transformation and community leadership, most recently serving as Regional Director of Clinical Transformation at Henry Ford Health from January 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading the clinical integration program and implementing system redesign initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Clinical Transformation & Population Health at Henry Ford Health, Executive Director of Macomb Community Action Agency, and Health Innovation Lead at the Michigan Public Health Institute. Additional experience includes coordinating system dynamics at ReThink Health and consulting for various organizations at Pareto Pursuits. Cawvey holds an Executive Doctoral Degree in Health Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University, focusing on public-private partnerships and public sector development.
