Ilaaf Darrat

Ilaaf Darrat, MD MBA, currently serves as a Clinical Professor at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and has held various leadership roles at Henry Ford Health System since July 2012, including Associate Medical Director Revenue Cycle and Division Head for both Pediatric & Comprehensive Otolaryngology and Pediatric Otolaryngology. Darrat is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Previous experiences include completing a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System and serving as a Staff Physician at Henry Ford Health System. Darrat completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky.
