Kenneth Adams

Kenneth Adams serves as the Director of Physician Recruitment at Henry Ford Health since January 2023, where responsibilities include directing provider recruiting operations. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked as the Manager of Provider Recruitment at ProMedica from January 2019 to July 2022, overseeing physician recruitment for a major non-profit health system and implementing the first Candidate Relationship Management software for provider recruiting. Kenneth's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Evangelical Homes of Michigan, COO and Consultant at All HealthCare Staffing, LLC, and Chief Operating Officer at Emergency Physicians Medical Group, PC, where extensive leadership roles were undertaken across operations and human resources. Kenneth holds a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
