Lisa Panah is a Senior Counsel at Henry Ford Health System, holding this position since February 2020. Prior to this role, Lisa Panah served as a Principal at Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook, P.C. from 1996 to February 2020, focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and corporate matters. Lisa Panah possesses extensive experience in structuring transactions in accordance with Stark law, fraud and abuse regulations, and tax exemption laws, as well as advising on HIPAA compliance and preparing various healthcare contracts. Lisa Panah earned a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Wayne State University Law School.
