Lucy Ching Chau

Lucy Ching Chau is a General Surgery Resident at Henry Ford Health System since April 2018, with extensive involvement in pre-operative, post-operative, outpatient, and intensive care management of surgical patients, alongside academic research and participation in clinical meetings. Previous experience includes roles as a Transplant Data Scientist and Research Programmer at Henry Ford Health System, where Lucy directed the management and analysis of transplant registry databases. Lucy has also held consulting positions with IQVIA Canada and MaRS Discovery District, focusing on healthcare technologies and pharmaceutical insights. Academic contributions include governance roles at the University of Toronto, where Lucy represented students and facilitated programs for first-year undergraduates. Lucy obtained a Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University, a Master’s in Management of Innovation from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science in Immunology from the University of Toronto.
