Saiesh Kalva

Saiesh Kalva is a dedicated professional with a robust background in medicine and business. Currently serving as a Consultant at Social Cascade since May 2022 and a Medical Student Researcher in multiple divisions at Penn Medicine, Saiesh contributes to both Endocrine and Oncologic Surgery as well as Cardiovascular Surgery. Previous roles include working as an Innovation Project Assistant at the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation and business development internships at Desi Dance Network Incorporated and Clinarify. Saiesh's research experience encompasses significant projects at Baylor College of Medicine and the Harvard Summer Research Program in Kidney Medicine. Currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management at The Wharton School and an MD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Saiesh also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from Rice University.
