Micalah Webster, MSW, MHSA, currently serves as the Director of Community Health Equity & Social Impact at Henry Ford Health, focusing on the development of strategic plans and grants to enhance community health and reduce disparities. With extensive experience in community programs, Micalah has held roles such as Advisor at Emergence Collective, Manager of Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Health, and Population Health Office Project Manager at Michigan Medicine. Micalah’s background includes training and coaching in facilitation skills, managing complex projects, and conducting research on health issues, enriched by a solid educational foundation comprising master’s degrees in Health Services Administration and Social Work from the University of Michigan, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Organizational Studies and Psychology.
