With extensive experience as a Senior Staff Physicist and Senior Associate Physicist at the same institution, Ning has led advanced radiation dose calculation programs and implemented a comprehensive paperless information management system, ensuring patient safety and management effectiveness. Additionally, as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, Ning teaches radiation technology principles and engages in research for innovative cancer treatments.
