Ning Wen

Ning Wen currently serves as the Chief Medical Physicist at Henry Ford Health System, overseeing clinical operations, physics, dosimetry, and quality assurance in the Department of Radiation Oncology, and has developed a stereotactic radiosurgery program to enhance treatment outcomes. With extensive experience as a Senior Staff Physicist and Senior Associate Physicist at the same institution, Ning has led advanced radiation dose calculation programs and implemented a comprehensive paperless information management system, ensuring patient safety and management effectiveness. Additionally, as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, Ning teaches radiation technology principles and engages in research for innovative cancer treatments. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan, a PhD in Medical Physics, an MS in Radiological Physics, and an MA in Physics from Wayne State University, along with a BS in Physics from Lanzhou University. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Medical Physicist at Oncure Medical Corp and as an Information System Associate at American International Assurance.
