Sara Fentress-Gannon

Sara Fentress-Gannon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce analytics and management. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Analytics at Henry Ford Health since January 2020, Sara has a proven track record in labor and productivity monitoring, establishing labor budgets, variance reporting, and developing staffing models. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Director of Workforce Management at Beaumont Health from July 2017 to September 2019, and was the Manager of Financial Systems Operations at Detroit Medical Center from September 1995 to June 2017. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from UC San Diego and furthered education at California State University, Northridge.
