Nathan Sestak, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, and industrial/organizational psychology. Nathan has worked at Jackson as a Director of Workforce Analytics, where they established the analytics strategy for HR and collaborated with stakeholders to develop future products. Nathan also served as a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, leading Jackson's HR Analytics team and working on data liberation efforts. Prior to that, they were a Lead Workforce Analyst, developing tools for quantifying costs related to turnover and creating a modular workforce planning platform. Nathan also worked as a Sr. Workforce Analytics Analyst, leading the development of a large-scale assessment project and developing a job profile matching tool. In previous roles at The Timken Company, they identified the technical competencies of the organization's engineering workforce, and at Procter & Gamble, they worked on the development and validation of selection and assessment tools.

Nathan Sestak, Ph.D., holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts - MA degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003. Nathan Sestak began their academic journey by attaining a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, graduating in 2001.
