Nathan has worked at Jackson as a Director of Workforce Analytics, where they established the analytics strategy for HR and collaborated with stakeholders to develop future products. Nathan also served as a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, leading Jackson's HR Analytics team and working on data liberation efforts. Prior to that, they were a Lead Workforce Analyst, developing tools for quantifying costs related to turnover and creating a modular workforce planning platform. Nathan also worked as a Sr. Workforce Analytics Analyst, leading the development of a large-scale assessment project and developing a job profile matching tool. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts - MA degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003. Nathan Sestak began their academic journey by attaining a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, graduating in 2001.
