Zach Smith

Zach Smith is a seasoned clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in critical care pharmacy, currently serving as PGY2 Critical Care Program Director and Clinical Pharmacist at Henry Ford Health System since August 2013. Prior experience includes completion of a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at MD Anderson Cancer Center and a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Henry Ford Health System. Zach began a career in pharmacy as a Pharmacy Intern at Kmart Corporation from May 2004 to April 2011. Academic credentials consist of a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree obtained from Wayne State University in 2011, following foundational studies in Pre-Pharmacy at the same institution from 2005 to 2007.
