Barry Graham Porter

Barry Graham (“BG”) Porter is an operating partner with Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm that specializes in specialty industrials and healthcare, focused on growth businesses serving hospitals and health systems.

Porter additionally is CEO of Accumen, a performance improvement firm serving hospital and health system clinical laboratories and imaging facilities. He is a board member of Hopebridge, a provider of autism therapy for young children.

He previously was a managing director of Huron Consulting Group, a global professional services firm with expertise in strategy, technology and operations.

Porter was president and CEO of the Studer Group, an outcomes-based healthcare performance improvement firm serving hospitals and healthcare systems to achieve, sustain, and accelerate clinical, operational, and financial results. He led the company to a market leading position, recognition as a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and ultimate sale to Huron Consulting Group.

Porter serves on Henry Ford Health’s Finance, Quality and Safety and Strategic Planning Committees.
