Denise Dalton

Denise Dalton is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Henry Luce Foundation Inc since December 2021, Denise has previously held significant positions such as Director of Human Resources Strategy at Trinity Wall Street, Director of People and Culture at the Vera Institute of Justice, and Senior Director of Human Resources at The Fortune Society. Additional roles include Director of HR at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, Director of HR at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, Director of HR at God's Love We Deliver, and Director of HR at Gay Men's Health Crisis, Inc. Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
