Michael Szczepanski

Michael Szczepanski is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and interface design across various industries. Currently a Staff Product Designer at Henry Meds, Michael focuses on developing products that assist users in finding affordable weight loss treatments. Prior to this, Michael served as a Senior Product Designer at Paylocity, where leadership in redesigning products with new technologies, including AI, was emphasized. Experience as Director of UX at SOLTEC HEALTH involved creating the interface and experience for a new sleep device, while as Director of Design at Unveil.Social, Michael contributed to building a blockchain-based social networking app. Previous roles include revitalizing enterprise supply chain tools at SPS Commerce, introducing design thinking at When I Work, and mentoring junior designers at The Nerdery. Michael began the career as a Front End Developer at XO Communications and holds advanced certificates in Network Technology from Delta College.
