Dianne Saia

Dianne Saia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX research and product design, currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at Liberty Mutual Insurance since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing the innovation facilitation program and the Innovation Incubator. Prior roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance include Senior Product Designer and Senior Digital Experience Project Manager, where Dianne developed project management processes and led significant digital initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as Managing Owner of Quint Essentials, a women’s boutique, and as Senior Project Manager at The Trump Network, overseeing cross-departmental project execution. Dianne began the design career as an Associate Designer at Millyard Design Associates, contributing to the production of retail packaging for notable clients like Disney®.
