Leigh Benowitz

SVP & Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer at Henry Schein

Ms. Benowitz joined Henry Schein in 2017 and is Senior Vice President and Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer. She is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.

Since joining Henry Schein, Ms. Benowitz has held several key positions focused on advancing the Company’s digital transformation. Most recently, Ms. Benowitz served as Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience and Global eCommerce Platform Digital Transformation Officer. As Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer, Ms. Benowitz is responsible for leading a Global eCommerce Transformation Organization whose purpose is to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies across the Company, to drive the transformation of our business strategy and operations using digital technology, and to enable the delivery of digital sales revenue for the organization. In addition, Ms. Benowitz is a founding member of Henry Schein’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and a member of Henry Schein’s Women’s Leadership Network. Before joining Henry Schein, Ms. Benowitz had a career in the financial services industry marked by increasingly responsible positions, including holding a variety of marketing and digital leadership positions at Citi.

Ms. Benowitz earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from State University of New York at Albany and her Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.
