Paulo Guilhon

Paulo Guilhon is an experienced executive in financial management and due diligence, currently serving as the Brazil Executive Vice-President and CFO at Henry Schein since November 2014. Prior to this, Paulo held CFO positions at Dental Cremer and Dental Speed, contributing to both companies from January 2017 to March 2020 and November 2014 to March 2020, respectively. Paulo's background includes serving as a Sócio at Confraria da Barba from 2014 to September 2019, and previously worked as Controller in the Environmental & Infrastructure division of CB&I from February 2013 to October 2014. Earlier in the career, Paulo was a Senior Manager at PwC from December 2005 to January 2013, specializing in buy-side financial due diligence for foreign investors. A foundation in auditing was established at BDO from September 2002 to September 2005, where Paulo coordinated audit work and developed internal controls. Paulo began involvement with AIESEC in 2001, focused on marketing traineeship opportunities for foreign students. Academic qualifications include Bachelor degrees in Business Management from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and Accounting from Universidade Paulista.
