Shirly Velikson

Shirly Velikson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Henry Schein since November 2016 and as the controller at Alere Inc. since January 2010, overseeing financial reporting at both the solo and consolidated levels for its subsidiary, OrganiX Ltd. Prior to these roles, Shirly held a senior position from 2006 to 2010, managing and coordinating financial audits and reporting for public and private companies, including tax preparation and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
