Joern Kutscher

Joern Kutscher is the Head of Agile Transformation at HENSOLDT, a position held since April 2016, where responsibility includes Agile Enterprise Architecture and the implementation of the Agile SAFe framework. Prior roles at HENSOLDT include Programme Manager Development Efficiency and Head of Programme Excellence, focusing on development efficiency and project management practices. Joern gained extensive experience at Airbus Defence and Space, serving as Head of PMO and TCM Engineering and Head of Military Mission Management Systems. Earlier roles include leadership positions in integration, validation, and verification for the A400M Military Systems at CASSIDIAN and EADS Defence & Security. Joern holds a Diplom in Physics from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
