Stephen Wren

Stephen Wren currently serves as Head of Agile Practice and Transformation and Head of Strategic Portfolio Implementation at Legal & General since January 2022. Previously, Stephen held the position of Program Director at Legal & General Investment Management from March 2017 to January 2022, overseeing the migration of L&G’s Personal Investing business and managing a significant digital transformation portfolio. Prior to this, Stephen worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in various roles, including Portfolio Manager for Group Finance, managing a global change budget and delivering strategic finance initiatives. Stephen's extensive experience includes project management and consultancy roles in organizations such as UCAS, Thomson Reuters, and TCS, with a career foundation built on systems analysis and design obtained from Leeds Beckett University.
