Roland Castor

Roland Castor is an experienced professional in the field of electronic warfare, currently serving as the Head of Airborne Electronic Warfare, Head of Spectrum Dominance, and Head of EW Systems at HENSOLDT since January 2017. Prior to this role, Roland held various leadership positions at Airbus Defence and Space from July 2011 to December 2016, including Head of Strategic Concepts & New Business, Program Manager, and Project Manager. Roland's career began in the Luftwaffe, where responsibilities included serving as an Offizier from July 1999 to June 2011. Additional early experience includes trainee positions at Rapor, Inc. and Siemens Medical Solutions in 2002 and 2001, respectively. Educationally, Roland holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg.
