Sebastian Uecker

Sebastian Uecker is a System Engineer and Scrum Master at HENSOLDT, leading a seven-person team within a SAFe 6.0 agile release train since October 2022. Previously, Uecker served as a Junior System Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space and held various roles, including Academic Assistant Project Management at Fraunhofer IPA, where responsibilities included subproject management for the DeMoBat project. Additional experience includes positions at STRATEC SE, ARENA2036, Reutlingen University, STRATEC Biomedical AG, Bold+Bright GmbH, and an internship at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. Uecker holds a Bachelor of Engineering in International Project Engineering from Reutlingen University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
