Susanne Hoppe

Susanne Hoppe currently serves as the Head of People and Organizational Development and Head of HENSOLDT Academy at HENSOLDT since April 2024. Prior to this role, Susanne led Learning & Learning Services and managed corporate learning initiatives at MAHLE from July 2016 to April 2024, which included the development of various learning formats and a global e-learning offering. Earlier experiences include positions at Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG, where Susanne was instrumental in establishing a company-wide e-learning program, and at Know How! AG as an E-learning Consultant. Susanne holds a Diplom Psychologin degree in Psychology from the University of Mannheim, earned between 1997 and 2004.
