Frank Waung

Frank Waung has extensive experience in financial management and consulting, currently serving as a Financial Management & Portfolio Manager at Watts Capital Wealth Management since November 2019. Waung also holds the position of Senior Management Consultant at C&F Consulting, focusing on strategic goals and execution. Previously, Waung was the Chief Financial Officer for Catapult Worldwide and Chinasoft International, managing large-scale financial operations and strategies. As a co-founder and Board Member of fatstacks.tech, Waung contributed to the development of a software vulnerability discovery tool. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Hickey Freihofner Capital and Director positions at Cowen and Company and Societe Generale. Waung holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
