James Barker has extensive experience in both finance and law enforcement. Prior to this role, James served as a Sergeant at Austell Police from April 2000 to September 2006, gaining valuable skills in leadership and public service. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University.
