James Fondren, MPA, is a seasoned professional specializing in disaster recovery and management. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Associate at Hagerty Consulting since October 2022, James leads the New York City COVID-19 Pandemic FEMA Public Assistance Portfolio, focusing on project formulation and agency outreach.
