Caroline Pedersen

Caroline Pedersen is an experienced recruitment consultant currently working at HENT AS, one of Norway's largest total contractors and project developers, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline served as a recruitment advisor at Express Rekruttering AS from April 2019 to October 2021, focusing on recruitment services for the construction and civil engineering sectors. Caroline also has a background in the hospitality industry, having worked as cabin crew for Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia A/S, as well as in various roles such as receptionist and server at Rica Travel Hotel and Rica Havna Hotel. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from BI Norwegian Business School and has also studied tourism management and Spanish at Gateway College Mexico.
