Thierry Schemith

Thierry SCHEMITH possesses extensive experience in operational management, strategic transformation, and logistics within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Directeur général adjoint at Heppner since June 2021, Thierry leads the OVERSEAS business unit. Previously, at GEFCO, Thierry held roles including Directeur de la transformation and Directeur métier France, effectively managing large teams and driving performance improvements. Notable contributions include operational cost reduction and strategic restructuring at both GEFCO and TS Conseils, where Thierry advised on management model changes and performance indicators. With a solid engineering foundation from Centrale Lille, Thierry also demonstrated strong leadership capabilities across various logistics functions during tenures at CAT Groupe and other organizations.
