Esra Beyzadeoglu

Esra Beyzadeoglu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Esra is currently working at Hepsiburada as the Chief Customer Experience and People Officer. Prior to that, they were the Chief People and Culture Officer at Hepsiburada and held executive positions at Alternatif Bank, Akbank, Accenture, Ziraat Teknoloji A.Ş., and Osmanlı Bankası. Throughout their career, Esra has been involved in HR, customer experience, customer services, organization, business transformation, and IT project management. Esra has demonstrated leadership skills and played a key role in managing teams and implementing successful projects.

Esra Beyzadeoglu attended Galatasaray Üniversitesi from 1995 to 2000, where they studied Industrial Engineering. Esra then went on to Sabanci University from 2013 to 2015 to pursue an Executive MBA. In 2008 to 2009, they participated in the Accenture Leadership Development Program at Koç University. Esra completed their high school education at İstanbul Atatürk Fen Lisesi from 1992 to 1995 and Edirne Anadolu Lisesi from 1988 to 1992. Currently, they are studying Brand Communication at Anadolu University from 2019 to 2021.
