Thandolwethu Ndaba has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Junior Accountant at Hepstar. In 2020, they began working as an English Second Language Instructor at AmazingTalker and a Language Consultant at MPC Connect. In 2017, they began working as a Junior Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant for Bazique Festival. Finally, in 2015, they began working as a Candidate Fellow at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation. At AmazingTalker, they were passionate about teaching and facilitating lessons for ESL students. At Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, they were awarded a position to recognize and develop high impact entrepreneurs. At MPC Connect, they were passionate about empowering and positively impacting the environments and people they interacted with. At Bazique Festival, they were responsible for processing and recording payments, journal entries, and tax submissions.
Thandolwethu Ndaba began their education in 2003 at Glenmore Primary School, where they completed their studies in 2009. Thandolwethu then attended Durban Girls' High School from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a High School degree. In 2015, they began their studies at the University of Cape Town, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in financial accounting (CA Stream) in 2017. Thandolwethu continued their studies at the University of Cape Town until 2018.
