Tugba Atay Gücük

Tugba Atay Gücük has a long history of work experience. Tugba began their career in 2007 as a Client Executive at Marsh. In 2009, they moved to Zurich Sigorta as a Broker Sales Specialist. In 2011, they were hired by BNP Paribas Cardif as a Sales Manager/Partnership Channel. Finally, in 2015 they joined Hepstar as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Head of Business Development Europe-APAC/General Manager Turkey.

Tugba Atay Gücük obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bilkent University between 1999 and 2004. In 2020, they earned a Certificate in NLP Practitioner and Life Coaching from Transformation Academy. In 2021, they earned a Certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online.
