Elviss Straupenieks

Elviss Straupenieks serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Hepta Insights since July 2021, focusing on B2B sales, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives. Previously, Elviss held the role of Growth Manager at Hepta Insights, contributing to financial planning and business development. Elviss is also a member of BADideas.fund, an angel investor syndicate. From May 2015 to April 2021, Elviss was the CEO and Founder of AirBoard, a venture aimed at revolutionizing agricultural drone services. Elviss gained experience in prestigious accelerators such as Alchemist Accelerator and Boost VC, and participated in the BAFF Leadership Academy. Educational qualifications include an Executive Mini-MBA from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola, a Product Manager Nanodegree from Udacity, and various certificates from MIT and Georgia Institute of Technology.
