Kieran Johnson has a comprehensive work experience that spans various roles and companies. Kieran is currently the Chief Accounting Officer at Sosei Heptares, where they are responsible for leading the transformation of the global finance function. Prior to this, they served as the SVP, Group Financial Controller at Sosei Group Corporation, overseeing the finance function and contributing to tax and treasury matters.

Kieran also has experience at MiNA Therapeutics, where they served as a Board Director and Audit Committee Chair. Kieran Johnson has a diverse education history that spans several institutions. Kieran started their education at St Columba's College from 1976 to 1987, where they obtained 4 'A' Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, along with 10 'O' Levels. Following this, they attended the University of Bath from 1987 to 1991, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Administration.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Kieran enrolled at ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) from 1992 to 1995, obtaining an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree. Later on, they pursued further professional qualifications, achieving the Practising Certificate from ICAEW in 2002.
