Sarah Piper-Goldberg

Sarah Piper-Goldberg is the current Head of Design at Her App. Prior to their current role, Sarah held a Senior UX Designer position at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from March 2017 to August 2020. During their time at AWS, Sarah was the lead designer for Wizards, which enable customers to configure complex data and customized apps in just a few clicks. Sarah was also the lead designer on Honeycode's first time user experience and onboarding, as well as on several features unique to Honeycode, including rowlinks and filter links. Sarah was the point person for establishing accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

Before their time at AWS, Sarah worked at Joyable from October 2015 to January 2017 as the Coach Operations Lead. At Joyable, Sarah managed cross-functional communications between the Coaching team and all other teams to ensure improvement of coaching processes as the company scaled. Sarah also conducted user testing and research, partnered with the Product team in an Agile environment to design, test, implement, and train coaches on a HIPAA-compliant CRM tool, and partnered with the Data team to create and run SQL queries to gain insight on baseline metrics and develop dashboards. Sarah also designed and conducted onboarding and training sessions around new products and processes.

Sarah Piper-Goldberg has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) with Honors in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) with Honors in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Bard College at Simon's Rock.

They are on a team with Laura Pai - Head of Lifecycle Marketing, Víctor Moreno Alhambra - Head of Engineering, and Alice Kiné Stephan - Country Manager, Germany. Sarah Piper-Goldberg reports to Robyn Exton, Founder.
