Christian Hauck

Christian Hauck has been a pivotal leader in technology and organizational transformation at Heraeus since January 2009, currently serving as Head of Heraeus IT. Throughout an extensive career, Christian has held various key positions including Program Manager for the SAP S/4 Transition "Admiral," where responsibilities included upgrading the ERP landscape to enhance digital capabilities. As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Applications, leadership was provided to a qualified IT team delivering application services across the value chain, specifically in SAP and its interfacing applications. Other notable roles included heading the Magellan Program for a global SAP rollout and leading corporate application services, focusing on key differentiating applications in precious metal management. Since December 2021, Christian has also served as a systemic coach and consultant at Gipfelcoaching, addressing themes such as career planning, work-life balance, and leadership development.
