Kai Ye

Kai Ye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations excellence. Currently serving as Supply Chain Excellence Manager at Heraeus since February 2023, Kai previously held the role of Quality CI Manager at Bingham & Taylor and contributed to operational improvements as a Regional Operations Excellence Engineer at Tempur Sealy International. Past positions also include Process Engineer at Bingham & Taylor and Manufacturing Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where Kai focused on lean manufacturing, quality control, and process optimization. Additionally, Kai has research experience from Virginia Tech, where project work involved performance measurement frameworks and the industrial application of robotic devices. Kai holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
